Podružnica Primorsko-goranske županije održala je 1. veljače 2023. Izvještajnu skupštinu u prostorijama Medicinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Rijeci. Okupilo se četrdesetak članova Udruge Prsten, uz uzvanike i goste.
Na početku Skupštine nazočne je pozdravio predsjednik Udruge Prsten Pavo Zubak, pohvalio je aktivnosti Podružnice te izrazio uvjerenje da će uspješan rad nastaviti i ubuduće, na ponos Prstena i Primorsko-goranske županije.
Skupštini su nazočili i počasni predsjednik Udruge Mijo Marić te upravitelj Zaklade Ivo Grgić, kao i saborski zastupnik Radoje Vidović, a u ime domaćina dobrodošlicu je zaželio dekan Medicinskog fakulteta i član Udruge Prsten prof. dr. sc. Goran Hauser.
Predsjednik Podružnice Krunoslav Kapetanović podnio je Izvješće o radu Podružnice u 2022. te iznio planove za 2023. godinu. Kao dugoročno najvažniju aktivnost istaknuo je promociju i pozicioniranje Prstena na području Primorsko-goranske županije, čemu je značajno pridonio i Humanitarni koncert Prsten za budućnost održan u Rijeci u svibnju prošle godine.
Bilo je lijepo čuti da je dvorana Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta Ivana pl. Zajca bila premala za iskazan interes te je od rasprodanih ulaznica prikupljeno 250 tisuća kuna u korist Zaklade Prsten, a uskoro će se na riječkom Korzu postaviti slikovni zapis s Humanitarnog koncerta kao zahvala Gradu Rijeci i Primorsko-goranskoj županiji te svim donatorima. Bit će to ujedno još jedna prigoda za promociju Prstena i vrijednosti koje Udruga njeguje, a na ponos Prstena su i mnoge druge humanitarne aktivnosti Podružnice.
Kako je najavio predsjednik Podružnice, u ovoj godini planiraju nastaviti sa sličnim aktivnostima, a trajna i vrlo uspješna aktivnost jest povećanje članstva te rad klubova, posebno Kluba mladih. Kapetanović je posebno naglasio važnost poticanja i povezivanja članova s rodnim krajem, zbog čega su u planu i posjeti BiH te jačanje suradnje s drugim podružnicama Prstena.
Nakon Skupštine uslijedilo je druženje članova Prstena s uzvanicima i gostima. Bila je to također prigoda za razmjenu iskustava i promišljanja o djelovanju u Prstenu i za Prsten, uz Snagu zajedništva na kojoj i počiva Prsten.
