utemeljena je 9. listopada 2005. godine na Izbornoj skupštini u Zagrebu te je trenutno vodeća udruga u Hrvatskoj za promicanje i zaštitu tradicije, kulture, gospodarske suradnje, druženja i humanitarnog djelovanja Hrvata u Republici Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini.
Cilj je očuvati temeljne vrijednosti i jedinstvo hrvatskog naroda i njegova prosperiteta.
Udruga je organizirana kao nevladina, nepolitička, neprofitna organizacija, a financira se članarinama, sponzorstvima te donacijama dobrih ljudi.
Povezuje nas veličina u jednostavnosti, zajedničko podrijetlo, povijest, duh, mentalitet, sličan sustav vrijednosti i načela, solidarnost i spremnost na podršku, njegovanje tradicije kraja iz kojeg dolazimo, humanitarno i karitativno djelovanje, gospodarsko povezivanje i nastup, ulaganje u znanje i obrazovanje, investiranje u razvoj pasIvnih područja i tvrtki s tih prostora.
